How to Order
Pet on Wheels is dedicated to providing PET owners with the most innovative, versatile, best quality, hard-cased pet carrier for two or four wheels. Our aim is to make pet travel on scooters, bikes and cars safe and secure for your precious pet so you can enjoy spending more time with them by taking them with you.
New Zealand customers are now able to order the Italian produced Pet on Wheels (POW) carrier case online through this website. Currently the POW is not available anywhere in New Zealand other than through this website. When you place your order with Pet on Wheels NZ direct, you can be assured that we will process your order in super quick time, and be available to help you during office hours, either over the phone or via email.
Delivery of Orders
Orders placed by 10am Monday to Friday will be despatched same working day. Orders placed after 10am will be despatched next working day. If there are any delays with any part of your order, we will contact you prior to despatch. If any goods are not currently in stock we will contact you to discuss the best way we can service your request.
Minimum Order Quantity
We have no minimum order quantity here at Pet on Wheels NZ. We are very pleased to process orders regardless of the size. All orders, big or small, are filled with the same prompt and courteous attention.
Privacy and Security
Our checkout uses the highest level of security encryption. Your information is totally secure. Stripe is one of the most respected and experienced global payment gateway providers. You can be assured that any information you supply to us directly or through the Stripe checkout is secure and will not in any way be shared or provided to any third party.
Our checkout, uses Stripe (www.stripe.com) as the payment gateway system to accept credit card payments. The prices will be charged in NZ dollars with both Visa and MasterCard accepted. You can also complete payment through the Paypal portal.
No orders will be despatched until payment has cleared and in relation your payment online using a Mastercard or Visa card if placing your order through our online shop.
The freight for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout in our online store. We use NZPost postal and courier services for our deliveries employing a single flat rate fee across all of New Zealand and selected territories in Australia. We aim to make purchasing simple and straightforward. Offering a fair and equitable delivery service which does not disadvantage customers on where they live in New Zealand and Australia is just one way to do this.
Returns and Exchanges
If you find a manufacturing fault or defect with the product when you open it for the first time, please notify us immediately by emailing email@example.com. Will arrange to have the POW collected and returned. It must be returned in the original packaging. Under normal daily use and handling, it is unlikely your POW will suffer any major component failure. If for some reason the POW does get damaged or suffer a component failure then you can return the POW for repair. POW.NZ will carefully examine the case to determine if it is a genuine manufacturing failure or the result of excessive force or inappropriate use or handling. Genuine component failure will be repaired free of charge. Freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error by us. No claims recognised after 14 days from despatch. All exchanges and returns are by prior arrangement with our office only. We will exchange goods provided they are fit for resale.
